In order to provide the above service, we develop from scratch a simulation that fits your company by finding out your needs through interviews. We call this “Full-customization.”
Full-customization is conducted through the process below. The average development term is three months. During development, it is necessary to have meetings of two to three hours once a week or once every two weeks.

We make a trial product as a tentative plan for discussion. Once a week or once every two weeks, we repeatedly improve the trial product to make the basic system for a business simulation. The completion of the first trial is the real beginning of the production.

We test the business simulation about 10 times to see if we get the targeted results, if the satisfaction and learning are adequate, and if there is any problem with the operation, then we make further improvements. The accuracy of the test plays directly affects the quality.

We cap the design and items. We deliver the product as a package including an operation manual, a script for the operation, and a checklist of items so that every employee in your company can operate the simulation.
