What are the advantages of a business simulation?
Business simulations are very effective at conveying the big picture of a business or business activity. While lectures can explain the details through words and data, simulations effectively show a broader picture.
Who develops the simulation?
The principal developers have had careers in international IT, accounting, and HR consulting companies. The team members make the most of their various viewpoints and specialties from the initial meeting to product delivery.

How long will it take to develop a simulation?
It takes ten weeks on average. Ten weeks (about three months) may sound long, however, the process is very deliberate in order to maintain the quality. Starting from the initial meeting, we make simulation models, modify them, perform over ten test-plays and compose textbooks and manuals.
How much does it cost?
It can cost several million yen. A business simulation is one of the most time and labor intensive tools. A fully customized simulation is approximately five million yen.
What merchandise is included with the simulation?
We provide components and CD-Rs.
Components are the tools necessary for the simulation. Examples include boards, cards, number plates and markers. The components are chosen based on the simulation type. CD-Rs contains rule-books, PowerPoints, audio, manuals and any other necessary operation tools. For marketing, accounting, etc. training simulations, we include textbooks and workbooks.

How do you measure improvement?
Since we have meetings every week or two, clients can regularly monitor improvement. Also, clients have a chance to test-play the simulation to offer their opinions on the practicality and effectiveness for the players.

We can provide facilitator training and operation on behalf of client.
